Citadel Module

Citadel is Monarch's market deployment, capital, and automated trading fee routing module for Hyperliquid.

Citadel supports two different deployment paths:

  • HIP-1 spot deployers: Citadel helps projects handle the technical path to a Hyperliquid spot market, including direct deposit flow, token interoperability, market setup, auction bidding, deployment workflow, and launch readiness.
  • HIP-3 perp deployers: Citadel helps teams manage the 500,000 HYPE stake, crowdsourcing from capital providers, custody workflow, and automated trading fee routing required to operate a perpetual exchange.

What Citadel Solves

  • Market deployment: spot market setup requires precise HyperEVM and HyperCore coordination, including direct deposit flow and auction bidding.
  • Capital custody: HIP-3 stake and capital-provider funds need clear smart-contract rules instead of manual custody.
  • Automated trading fee routing: trading fees can be routed to capital providers, the deployer, operations, and liquidity campaigns.
  • Transparency: deposits, bridges, stake movement, deployment actions, and distributions are verifiable on-chain where applicable.
  • Settlement: if a deployment is cancelled or unwound, refund accounting follows the relevant vault workflow.
